Return and Exchange Policy

       At Happy Land, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If by any chance, you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you.
RETURN PROCEDURE (Please Contact us):
Please contact us via email within 3 days after you have received your package to return your item.  The item you are returning must be in its original condition, with the original tags and packaging. 
- Returning a single item will receive a refund in the original payment minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Returning two or more items will receive a refund in the original payment minus a 20% restocking fee. 
 *All shipping fees for returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE (Please Contact Us):
If you have a problem with the size, please email or call us within 3 days after you have received your package to make an exchange.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the invoice number on the box: this is also your Return Authorization Number.

***Packages must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the original item. Please note that this does not mean we must receive the item within 10 days.***

Make sure that the item you are returning/exchanging is in following conditions:
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- Clean and free of lint & hairs
- Tags intact and attached

NOTE: All clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
** Exchange and return does not apply to tiaras, hair accessories, and jewelry.

We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the original price in restocking fees for any damaged or tainted items without original tags and packaging. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process.
